Background
Since 2010 I have been specializing as new business and product development management consultant. Before that I worked for a Private Bank and was responsible for a Partnership Innovation Program and referral marketing. I studied Tax Law at Leiden University and followed a Master Course at Erasmus University. My broad career has given me comprehensive, first–hand experience in the core components of strategic planning, sales, new business development, new product development especially within financial services industry.
Passion
Passion is everything. My passion is about our clients, company, colleagues, and my family and friends. Passion is infectious, is creative and is fun. I am passioned about innovation, love to visit the Trend-Kitchens of the World and to connect with other people. To think in opportunities and solutions. To tackle industry challenges and work to propel an industry or organisation forward. To create shared value.
Expertise
I started my career as a member of a great high-performing team - Royal Dutch Marine Corps - and learned a lot about the importance of corporate identity, corporate proud and organization alligment. This expertise was very important in the years I worked in the Service Industry. I have expertise in innovation, new business development, sales and relationship management. And I am still building expertise, being a lifelong learner.
