Background

I graduated in Innovation Management (Cum Laude) at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering, Delft University of Technology. Before joining SunIdee in 2007, I worked in England and Australia in strategy development and concept design for several years, in the automotive industry and in the consumer market.

Passion

How can you make the most out of a brand? I always get energy from coming up with new and better solutions. Solutions that make customers happy. And that people in the organization love to work on. For me the starting point for successful innovation projects is dreaming of the future. Creating inspiring scenarios. Think of crazy ideas. Come up with green alternatives. And using these different views to come up with ideas that are simple, sustainable, and successful.

I have experience and interest in a wide range of industries & projects. In projects, I quickly feel at home in dynamic settings and complex situations. I have specialised in portfolio management projects, where the objective is to simply centre your product portfolio around customer needs. Delivering viable sustainable solutions is an important focus point throughout my career.
